Fold ingot machine (manipulator) is composed by frame, ingot caught mechanism, rotary lifting mechanism, lifting translation trolley, translation mechanism, etc.; the clamping and lifting of the manipulator uses pneumatic control, and the rotation of the manipulator and the movement of the trolley use frequency control and servo motor drive. Basic parameters are as following:

Effective gongs size: 800x800mm (catch 7 ingots each time).

Rotary mechanism can choose 4 rotation angles: 0 degree, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, -90 degrees.

Rotating speed can be adjusted at 3.5-5.0 seconds for each cycle.

Code ingot beat: 15 seconds/layer.

Maximum height of the code ingot: 1130mm about 22 layers (code ingot layers can be set).

Three kinds of control modes including Manual, inching and automatic; under automatic mode, all movements of the manipulator is automatically controlled by Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC.
