Process description: The aluminum melting furnace is tilting type rotary melting furnace. The solid raw materials will be charged by vibrating charging car from the furnace door. The molten aluminum will be stirred effectively and fully to make the temperature and composition more uniform (stirring the molten aluminum during the melting period is also allowed, and can improve the melting rate). During the whole melting period, stirring, slagging, sampling, sample analysis and temperature adjustment all can
be carried out.
