5. Experienced engineers fabricate the steel structure on site, do the first anti-rust treatment after the fabrication is completed, and then assemble it. The fabrication process and product quality are visible and tangible.
6. After completing the steel structure on site according to the design drawing, all assembly is completed; then the secondary welding reinforcement is carried out, and the furnace bottom is (full welding) construction.
7. After the acceptance of the steel structure, it will enter the refractory construction process to prevent thermal expansion and cracks of the material. The construction adopts the overall prefabricated and block pouring construction method. Insulation layer construction, impermeable layer construction, working layer construction...
8. According to the design index, the molten pool refractory material adopts segmented and layered construction (heat insulation layer construction, insulation layer construction, anti-seepage layer construction, working layer construction...
9. After the refractory construction is completed, enter the combustion system to install: ignition system, fuel pipe, combustion air pipe, exhaust air pipe, energy-saving burner...After installation, enter the overall cleaning and appearance painting.
